The second-place float in this year's parade cruises down Grand Plains' picturesque Main Street.
"Every year, the whole town turns out to enjoy Nebraska's famous summer sunshine, sample foods, browse the craft bazaar, and shame homosexuals for their repulsive, decadent behavior," said Frank Mitchell, mayor of Grand Plains, NE and parade marshal. "This year was our biggest turnout yet. Everybody had so much fun ostracizing the gays."

Mr. Toad's Wild Ride
On a rainy Tuesday night in Ybor having cocktails with our two best friends when Judy announces she has to leave for a trip to Keith's on Tampa's north side. Of course we all said "were going to!" It was off on Mr. Toad's Wild Ride! Into Keith's we were greeted by owner, bartending Mark. Now here is a party guy! Keith's was packed with karaoke fans. After some couching (well actually very little) Judy took the mic and performed. One more drink & Tea Cup sang all cap et low. After a tour of the new art work from friends from New Orleans, displayed on the walls at Keith's, it was time to head out. Another great time at Keith's Gentlemen's Lounge.
BUT WAIT THERE MORE... This Saturday, September 1st, from 5-8 PM, the "Judy B. Goode Show with Paul Thomas Live" at Keith's. Humm... maybe it's time for another wild ride!

"Johnny Guitar: The Musical"
Honored as off-Broadway's Best Musical in 2004 by the Outer Critics Circle, Johnny Guitar, is a laugh-filled musical comedy that sends up fifties-style movie acting, melodramatic romance and rough-and-tumble cowboy action. Featuring a sensational score with echoes of doo-wop songs and steamy Southwestern ballads, the musical Johnny Guitar is based on a l954 western that starred Joan Crawford. It's the tale of a feud between Vienna, a saloonkeeper, and her nemesis, Emma. When Johnny Guitar, a handsome stranger, rides into town and faces off with the Dancin' Kid, the stage is set for a hilarious showdown unlike anything the theatre has ever seen.
"It's the sensationally cartoonish performances of the Golden Apple's cast that turns the show into a true comedy...Anyone who grew up watching Westerns at the movie houses or on TV will find plenty to enjoy in Johnny Guitar, The Musical." - Susan Rife, Sarasota Herald Tribune
DIRECTIONS: From I-75, Use Fruitville Exit, Go West on Fruitville Road for approximately 5 miles. Turn Left on Cocoanut Avenue for 0.1 mile and take a slight Left onto N. Pineapple Avenue for 0.1 mile.

Crystal Methamphetamine "Is Killing Your Gay Friends !!"
Ice Methamphetamine Pipe Powder Methamphetamine in Foil
Also Known as Meth, Tina, Ice, Glass, Crank or Chalk
Crystal methamphetamine or "tina" is one of the fastest growing drugs in the gay community. To users it's short-term effects may seem mild and the initial high fantastic, but in the long run tina can be dangerous to their physical and emotional health not to mention social well-being.
The Friends I Knew That Were Addicted to Crystal
I've witnessed the slow destruction of people's lives due to a dangerous addiction to crystal. In the beginning it was extremely difficult for them to acknowledge their addiction. It was also a challenge for us around them to recognize their downward spiral.
At first, their use was sporadic, only while partying. The destruction then continued when they started using meth outside of the club. One friend wanted to lose weight and knew crystal would suppress his appetite.
Another didn't sleep much and was under a deadline at work so he used it throughout the day to be more productive. He was eventually reprimanded due to his constant mood swings and unreliability. Lastly, a friend's daily routine became unpredictable and gauging the truth in any of his statements was increasingly difficult. He eventually alienated his family and friends.
Why Do People Use Crystal Meth?
Crystal meth increases the levels of two neurotransmitters, norepinephrine and dopamine, resulting in a high that numbs your senses and causes hyperactivity. Meth also increases stamina allowing users to party for long periods of time.
What Are the Negative Side Effects of Tina?
Unfortunately, the drug causes decreased appetite and gives a false sense of prolonged energy. I've witnessed friends dancing for over 6 hours straight without eating or hydrating themselves. Their bodies gave no sign of fatigue or hunger even though they were obviously present. They were also very hyperactive and often made inappropriate comments and engaged in inappropriate behavior.
Crystal can be in the body anywhere from 2-20 hours. However, after users start to come off the drug or "crash" they become emotionally instable and highly irritable. This can be extremely dangerous for those that suffer from depression who naturally have a difficult time regulating their moods. The drug also causes heart palpitations, blurred vision, extended wakefulness, and damage to the brain, lungs and liver. The ultimate side effect is death from overdose.
