Mr. Gulf Coast Florida Leather Lounge 7-14 held the Mr Gulf Coast Leather Contest and it was a ball! This was a move from the old platforms in St. Pete to Ybor City. A huge crowd from all over Tampa Bay, Florida and Chicago. CYON, from Chicago, performed in fantastic colorful outfits and was a huge hit. IML 'MC Leatherman',  Tom Stice from Chicago gave the audience laughter and giggles during the competition. And the boy he found in the audience and had on stage was ???? Contestant Ross's fantasy speech was made as an announcement over the packed house's sound system. Very real! " Walking out in a  German SS uniform he loudly states, "The building is surrounded by armed guards. You are going to asked to leave through the front door, single file. NO TALKING PLEASE! You all will be taken to a concentration camp." A still was in the air, all over the bar crowd. "This too could happen again ! This is why it is so important for everyone here to register and to vote." he remarked. The winner was Pedro Diaz of Tampa.Pedro is ready, willing and more than able to serve the Lounge 7.14 and the local GLBT community.  Also  he will be representing Lounge 714 , GaYBOR and Tampa Bay at International Mr. Leather 2008 in Chicago over Memorial Day weekend.         At the end of the night Lounge 714 club owners,  John & Michael invited everyone to preview the New Ybor Leather Bar in the basement of Lounge 7-14. This is going to be one heck of a bar! Southern Nights Nightclub will now be called Revolution opening November 15th with some great new changes.  I hear the place is going to look fierce.  Dan Fraser is back at the wheel and will surely put some great night life back in Orlando. Danielle Hunter is the new show director of the club.  I hear Page King might be starring there on Wednesdays?  I hope so, we love her!  So check out the new club, sure to be a hit. The Legacy Club is a new club in Orlando and I will be there on Saturday Nights throughout December. Page King and a special guest join me with Leigh Shannon & Friends on Saturdays.  Special Guest Miss Sammy will be featured on Saturday, November 17th.  A great fun club, so come by and see us!  Owners Frankie and Tami are very nice people who are bringing in all kinds of entertainment.   Miss Dame Edna will host Karaoke on Wednesday nights.  I recently hosted the Spectrum Awards 2007 and it was a very nice function that is sure to grow.  Patty Sheehan and other local celebs were on hand there.  It was good to see Bruce Ground and Bob King again.
